Rommie spent decades advising clients on land aquisition and sales which led to more time spent in retail leasing, pre-leasing, and retail sales.

Andy previously led his own brokerage, Kroot & Associates, and became one of The Valley's leading brokers in tenant and landlord representation for over 30 years — collaborating with groups like Fox Restaurant Concepts, Mastro Restaurant Group, and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.
